Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

Failure to respond within this period may result in order cancellation.

Lost or Stolen Packages

 In the unfortunate event of a lost or stolen package, please contact us at goiciudorel377@gmail.com for assistance. Once we hand over the package to our courier partners, responsibility shifts to them. We recommend filing a claim directly with the courier company and will support you in this process.

Please note that DOLORADO is not liable for lost or stolen packages during transit. However, we'll make every effort to assist you. If necessary, we may offer a replacement, contingent upon the circumstances.
