Cancellation Policy

Once this period has elapsed, we may be unable to accommodate changes, as the order will likely have entered the processing phase. Refunds for canceled orders processed within the 24-hour window will be issued within 7 business days.

Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We take utmost care in packaging our products to safeguard against damage during transit. If an item is deemed damaged due to a defect or physical breakage upon arrival, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing us at goiciudorel377@gmail.com. Please include clear photos of the damage for assessment. We will determine your eligibility for a replacement at no additional cost. However, we do not offer refunds, replacements, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we strive for timely delivery, please understand that factors beyond our control, such as courier issues or customs delays, may impact shipping times. Should you encounter any delivery-related problems, please contact the courier directly for assistance. DOLORADO is not liable for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Failure to do so may result in non-entitlement to a resend or refund if the error is not reported within 24 hours of order placement.
